The Program

The Radical Wellbeing Program is designed to investigate contributors to your symptoms, educate you on the best practices for your health and navigate your unique path to well-being. 

This program is for you if:

  • You’re tired of the negative cycle of starting a new health initiative then having it fizzle out days later (and the feelings of failure and shame that accompany it)
  • You feel overwhelmed with all the “health advice” out there and what is best for your body 
  • You have symptoms or health conditions that are getting in the way of living the life you desire
  • You recognize that health quick fixes and extremes aren’t long term solutions
  • You want to gain a deeper understanding of your body and what will create lasting health
  • You seek freedom from the thoughts and habits that keep you stuck
  • Your physician has provided you with a plan or treatment suggestions, and you need help putting it into action

The Radical Wellbeing Program Includes

Extensive Discovery Process

Prior to your first session, I’ll spend ample time going through your intake forms, health history, and goals. This information will help inform how I formulate your unique plan, and what will best serve you.

Your Unique Wellbeing Plan

After the discovery process, we will start to work towards your personal health goals in your step-by-step customized plan. Your plan will include:
  • Individualized Nutrition Support (may include meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, prep tips and more)
  • Lifestyle Practices personalized for you around sleep, movement, stress management, environment optimization, daily routines and much more
  • Specific supplement and lab suggestions (you can read more about my approach to working with labs and supplements here)
  • Most importantly: strategies for implementation and success

Radical Wellbeing Education Classes

What many participants claim to be “life-changing education” and consider “mini-Master Classes on everything you need to know about health and wellness”. This is invaluable wellness education to empower you with knowledge, cut through noise and help guide you through your journey to change. These classes are primarily video content, along with exercises, inquiries, and a guided workbook to help you get the most out of your learning.

One-On-One Sessions

These sessions are sacred time for you to dig deeper, receive support and experience major shifts in a variety of areas. This time helps navigate “stuck” places and is the most integral tool in creating lasting change. Each session starts with a grounding experience and requires some preparation and reflection. During these sessions, we will also go through any lab findings, make tweaks to your well-being plan, assess progress and course correct as needed.
